is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a special interest in holistic, mindfulness-based psychotherapy that becomes a tool for healing, self-discovery, and transformation. I work with children, adults, families, and couples. I am warm, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed in my approach.

In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, we offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of our client’s individual needs to help attain the personal growth they’re striving for. We are LGBTQ friendly, and culturally sensitive in our approach. We incorporate training in DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and Holistic Health Coaching to provide an integrative approach to our clients’ mental health and wellness.
