Our policy
Rising Lotus Wellness complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, including sex characteristics, intersex traits, pregnancy or related conditions, sexual orientation, gender identity and sex stereotypes. We don't exclude people or treat them differently for any of these reasons.
Help at no cost
We provide, free of charge:
- Help for people with disabilities to communicate with us, such as qualified sign language interpreters and written information in other formats
- Language help for people whose main language isn't English, including sessions in Spanish with two of our clinicians, and interpreters or translated information when needed

If you believe we've failed you

You can file in person, by mail or by email, and we'll help you if you'd like help filing.
