Casey is a Licensed Master Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through life transitions and complex challenges. My background includes extensive work in community-based programs, providing case management, resource coordination, and long-term support planning.
I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to your specific needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, somatic and body-based techniques, narrative therapy, strengths-based and solution-focused approaches, and trauma-informed care.
