About Monica

Monica Bradley is an open and accepting counselor who provides a nonjudgmental space for you to explore your experiences, better understand yourself, work through challenges, and process emotions. My approach is trauma-informed and practiced with always widening multicultural awareness. As a client-centered counselor, I will help you identify your goals, then co-create a plan for working toward goals together. We will work collaboratively to understand challenges, gain insight, find meaning, and integrate your experiences in ways that support greater well-being.

My approach also includes practical, skills-based tools to help with concerns such as anxiety, negative self-talk and beliefs, emotional overload, workplace problems, and relationship issues. Somatic work is a strong interest of mine, helping clients better understand the connections among thoughts, emotions, the body, and behavior. I also incorporate psycho-education to help clients better understand the biological, psychological, and social factors that may contribute to their experiences and patterns of behavior. I am happy to answer any questions you may have and I look forward to connecting with you!

Monica is a supervised intern and sees clients under the supervision of a licensed clinician.
