Therapy in Newburgh, NY
Our office is in the Town of Newburgh, a few minutes west of the city. It's close for Newburgh, New Windsor and Rock Tavern, and you can also meet your therapist by telehealth from home. Sessions can be in English or Spanish.
Getting to the office
The office sits in the Town of Newburgh, about two miles west of Broadway. From downtown it's roughly a seven minute drive. From New Windsor, Route 32 north gets you here in about eight minutes, and from Rock Tavern it's about fifteen along Route 207.
If getting across town in the middle of the day is hard, telehealth may be simpler. It runs in a web browser on a phone, tablet or computer, so there's nothing to install, and all you need is a private spot to talk.
When you reach out, say whether you'd like to come in or meet by telehealth, and we'll suggest someone who works that way.
Care in Spanish, close to home
Newburgh is a bilingual city. More than four in ten residents speak Spanish at home, according to the Census Bureau's 2020 to 2024 survey. Some of our therapists work in Spanish, and this whole site, including the request form, is in Spanish too.
When Orange County asked residents about mental health care for its 2025 to 2030 health assessment, two problems came up again and again: too few providers, and too little care that understands people's culture.
Our therapists work with drinking and drug use, and with the families living alongside it. You can reach out about your own use or about someone close to you.
Insurance and cost
We take these plans. If you'd rather pay for yourself, individual sessions are $100 and couples sessions are $115.

Can I have therapy in Spanish?
Yes. Choose Spanish in the finder to see who works in Spanish, or call and ask. The request form works in Spanish too.
